Optical Troubleshooting

J&L Metrology is uniquely qualified and equipped to test, troubleshoot and calibrate all optical components including objective magnification lenses, relay erector lenses, collimating lenses, reflection units, relay assemblies and mirrors.  The factory maintains Grand Master calibration and alignment machines for each lens series to insure that all of our lenses are matched and mastered.  We are the only optical comparator manufacturer that maintains Grand Mastering instrument capability.

In addition to factory hardware, J&L has also developed and fielded optical axis scope alignment kits that can be used to test and set optical alignment in the field.
